Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

If you receive a defective product or a product different from your order：
We will respond by returning or exchanging the product. Please contact us from the contact form within 7 days after the arrival of the product.

※If you do not receive a reply within 3 business days, please contact us again.

<Please note that we cannot accept defective products that meet the following conditions.>

・Products more than 7 days after arrival
・Products that have been worn at least once, and washed (including through water)
・Defective items are excluded if the delivery address is different from the order.
・Products that are in a different condition from the time of delivery, such as damaged, stained or smelly.
